Find your fit

Where do you fit?

Technical competence and experience are very important when choosing the right person for the job, however, we find that real success comes from the right behaviours and attitudes.

This is why we focus on both during our interview process, which is relaxed and friendly, allowing candidates the best opportunity to showcase their qualities.

What's in it for you?

To attract the right people we offer an attractive, and continually evolving benefits package.

We are committed to our Equal Opportunities Program and should you require an accommodation during the interview process please let the HR department know when you are invited for an interview.

We are always interested in highly capable, motivated individuals even if we do not have a specific vacancy. Please submit your resume to recruitment@ultra-ms.com.

Unlike many of our competitors we will respond to everyone who submits an employment enquiry.

New grads / Co-op students

Co-op students

We have established relationships with a number of academic institutions around the HRM and beyond and have placements every work term.

Our Co-op students work on actual customer projects, with real deliverables, providing an excellent experience. Many of our Co-op students have returned for subsequent work terms and then joined us as graduates.

If you are interested in doing your Co-op placement with us, talk to your Co-op office or contact us directly at recruitment@ultra-ms.com.

Is your school not connected to us? Send us an email and we'll see what we can do!

New grads

We are a growing business with a large engineering function, a production team and support functions.

We often have opportunities in all three areas due to our continued growth and are particularly interested in receiving resumes from engineering graduates.

For these engineering graduates we offer distinct, but interchangeable career paths.
